If you have never heard of Totally Toddler before, they make a laundry prewash/stain remover that does a pretty good job on baby spit-up (all 4 of my kids were excellent spitters and I have tried pretty much all of the stain removers). I believe they also make a baby laundry detergent and shampoo.
