The Wicked Cheap Maid: Cleaning with Vinegar and/or Baking Soda

I thought I heard somewhere that you could clean and deodorize your sink with a mixture of baking soda and vinegar.

I happen to have some extra baking soda and vinegar around (who doesn’t?), and in an effort to find this sink cleaning ’recipe’ online, I happened upon a fantastic site -  Natural Healthy Home Cleaning Tips.

They have a page called Vinegar and Baking Soda Cleaning Recipes which explains how to use vinegar and/or baking soda to:

* polish patent leather

* remove fruit, jelly, coffee, and mustard stains

* remove the smell from cloth diapers

* remove pet urine stains (and smells) from carpet

* clean your windows, sliver, coffee maker, oven and microwave!!

* and of course…deodorize the drain!

Click here to check it out…there are a ton of tips on this page!
