Day 26 – Peanut Butter Cookies

I am on a mission to become a Wicked Great  Mom.  It’s all about the quality time (QT).

Today was Han Solo’s first day of Pre-K!  Eek!

For as long as I can remember my mother made us peanut butter cookies on the first day of school.  This is a tradition that I want to contine and pass on to my kids.

Little Alicia doesn’t start school until tomorrow – so I asked her if she wanted to help me make the cookies.

She was a big help!

Little Alicia making the cookies.  Isn’t she getting good at posing for pics?

Now, don’t tell my mother, but her cookies are way better.  Ours turned out kind of raw and burnt at the same time.

Oh well - at least we are continuing the family tradition!

And Han Solo didn’t seem to mind them, he ate 3 or 4 when he got home!

A pic of us with our cookies!
